  • Develop and implement activities which are aligned with Customer Experience Management strategy for all segments of customers
  • Participates in all phases of the product and service development lifecycle, from product ideation and definition, process design to UX design and customer experience testing
  • Create and use Personas and Customer Journey in order to deliver outstanding and desired customer experience in a process of product, service or treatment development
  • Ensure a consistent experience for customers in all important phases of the customer lifecycle and the quality at all interaction points and touch points
  • Continually analyse and define critical points of experience in order to increase satisfaction and loyalty
  • Analyse key performance indicators and feedback from customer in order to undertake activities that lead to improvements in customer experience 
  • Prepare and propose strategic activities based on obtained tNPS, pNPS or rNPS results and other data

  • Creative approach in inventing and designing outstanding customer experiences
  • Strong communication, presentation and analytical skills
  • Fluency in English, written and spoken
  • University degree
  • Excellent MS Office skills
