Accounting Team Leader - Belgrade

  • Manage and organize accounting sub-team (assets; receivables/revenue and reporting sub-team)
  • Ensure that all activities regarding assets, receivables/revenue are reflected in the books, timely and in a proper manner
  • Identify opportunities to improve, automate and streamline processes and work on development of people in the sub-team
  • Apply accounting rules, standards and legislation in the area of responsibility: asset management; receivables/revenue and reporting;
  • Execute SOX and ICS controls and assist in external audit
  • Perform special projects

If
you
have:
  • University degree in Economics
  • At least 8 years of experience in Accounting with knowledge of working in all accounting fields
  • At least 4 years of experience on managerial or coordinator positions in Accounting
  • Experience in SAP implementation and experience in working in SAP
  • Advance knowledge of accounting standards and tax regulations
  • Fluency in English; written and spoken
  • Excellent MS Office skills (especially Excel)
