Vip voicemail system is your own, personal, automated secretary you can start using right away - it is available to all Vip users.


By improving Vip voicemail, we have provided you with a service completely suited to your needs.


You can use Vip voicemail service:

  • While your cell phone device is turned off
  • While you are making a call
  • If you are not able to receive a call

In all of these cases, voicemail will turn on to record a message from the person dialing you. Immediately upon the reception of the voice message, you will receive an SMS notification, and will be able to listen to the message at a time suitable for you./p>

You can record a message for the person calling you. Should you wish to do so, you can also record greeting messages for the dialer to hear during and off working hours, or pick one of the various predefined greeting messages on offer. Please, follow configuration instructions during the voicemail setup process.There are three ways for checking your voicemail:

 

Almost all cell phone devices use a special key, for example “1”, for accessing voicemail service. Dialing 7777 will access your voicemail.

 

You can also access the service from any number, by dialing +381 6077, followed by your seven digit number, or number +381 6177, followed by your seven digit number.

 

Calls to voicemail (to number 7777) are free of charge.

 

Important: Voicemail while in roaming pricing

 

Checking your voicemail while in roaming will be charged according to the current price for outgoing calls to Serbia.

 

Should you be in roaming while the caller leaves a voice message for you, you will be charged with incoming and outgoing calls (incoming call to the country you are in, outgoing call to Serbia), according to the current roaming prices for the country you are in.

 

Should you turn off your cell phone device in roaming, while your voicemail is enabled, you will be charged with incoming and outgoing calls (incoming call to the country you are in, outgoing call to Serbia), according to the current roaming prices for the country you are in.

 

To reduce roaming costs, you can turn off the voicemail service while out of the country.

 

Activate/deactivate voice mail

 

If you wish to turn off the voicemail service, send an SMS containing “Ne” to number 7777. While the service is turned off, callers dialing you while you are talking will hear the busy line signal.

 

Should you wish to reactivate the voicemail service, send an SMS containing “Da” to number 7777.
