By means of Cost Control service, you can limit certain numbers in your company to the specific amount of monthly consumption. When the employee within a month reaches the level of the consumption you have determined, he/she will be able to make the phone calls only within the company. Short Code Service

This service will make it easier and faster for you to dial the numbers within the company. By means of short codes, there is no more need to enter the whole telephone number of the user, but instead you can dial the previously defined short code. You can define the short code for every employee or harmonize the numbers with the extensions on your fixed lines.

A separate Customer Service, which is available 24 hours, every day, throughout the whole year at number 060/1230, has been provided particularly for business users for all the required information. The phone calls from Vip network to Customer Service are for our business users cost-free, and our agents in Customer Service will fulfill all your requirements and reply to all your enquiries.

Voice Mail

You can use Vip voicemail service:

  • While your cell phone device is turned off
  • While you are making a call
  • If you are not able to receive a call

By dialing 7777 you will access your voicemail. You can also access the service from any number, by dialing +381 6077, followed by your seven digit number, or number +381 6177, followed by your seven digit number.

Calls to voicemail (to number 7777) are free of charge.

Voicemail while in roaming pricing

Checking your voicemail while in roaming will be charged according to the current price for outgoing calls to Serbia.

Should you be in roaming while the caller leaves a voice message for you, you will be charged with incoming and outgoing calls (incoming call to the country you are in, outgoing call to Serbia), according to the current roaming prices for the country you are in.

Should you turn off your cell phone device in roaming, while your voicemail is enabled, you will be charged with incoming and outgoing calls (incoming call to the country you are in, outgoing call to Serbia), according to the current roaming prices for the country you are in.

To reduce roaming costs, you can turn off the voicemail service while out of the country.

Voice mail deactivation/activation

If you wish to turn off the voicemail service, send an SMS containing “Ne” to number 7777. While the service is turned off, callers dialing you while you are talking will hear the busy line signal.

Should you wish to reactivate the voicemail service, send an SMS containing “Da” to number 7777.

Account balance check

Regarding the fact that the cost control is highly important, we have enabled you to check your account balance at any moment by sending the text message “?” at 1260. You will receive a text message with detailed information on your account balance.

Online bill

You can acress all your bills on the internet with Online bill. In addition to this, you may also:

  • Get informed on your current debt
  • Access the bills for the last 12 months
  • Access the listing of calls for the last 6 months
  • Download the copies of the issued bills
