Leadership Team of organizational unit "Serbia and Slovenia" (Vip mobile and A1 Slovenia):
CEO, Vip mobile and A1 Slovenia
After graduating from the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration in marketing and finances in 1995, Dejan Turk was employed by McDonald's Slovenia where he began his career as a restaurant manager and finished as the CEO of the chain of restaurants in Slovenia and Croatia. He joined A1 TAG in August 2004, when he became the head of marketing and sales at Si.mobil. In August 2006 he was appointed Member of the Board responsible for market operations and from March 2007 to February 2014 he was the Chairman of the Management Board of Si.mobil. Dejan Turk took over position of CEO/CMO Vip mobile in March 2014. As of May 1st 2015 was appointed CEO/CMO of the new organizational unit ”Serbia and Slovenia” within A1 Telekom Austria Group. As of July 1st 2016 he took over CEO position of Vip mobile and Si.mobil (current A1 Slovenia).
In addition, in 2014 he was elected the Member of the Supervisory Board of A1 Telekom Austria AG, and the member of the Management Board of the NLB Bank Belgrade. As of February 2015 he is also a Board member of Serbian association of managers. Dejan Turk is the winner of many prestigious awards for the 6-year successful management of Si.mobil (Excel 2009, Manager of the year 2009, Award for the Top Achievements in Slovenian Business and Economy for 2013). He was also a President of the Managers’ Association of Slovenia and Chairman of UNICEF Foundation in Slovenia. In March 2015 Dejan was awarded the “Kapetan Miša Anastasijević” recognition for business excellence, leadership and corporate social responsibility. In July 2015, Dejan Turk was elected president of the Forum for Responsible Business, a network of leading companies in Serbia that are dedicated to the development of socially responsible business in the business sector. Dejan Turk also won a prestigious AmCham award for Business Ambassador Leader of Change 2016. As of 2018 he is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Foreign Investors Council (FIC), and as October he was elected Vice president of the Board.
Senior Finance Director, Vip mobile i A1 Slovenia
Milan Zaletel graduated from the Ljubljana University. He has participated in different programmes and courses in Oxford, the Pennsylvanian University, Zukunft Institute, etc. Before joining A1 Telekom Austria Group, Zaletel had worked for Elan, where he had managed the Controlling and Finances Departments of Elan Group.
In 2003 Zaletel joined Si.mobil as a Finance Director and in 2006 became CFO and Member of the Management Board. His responsibilities covered two departments – Finances and Business research. In addition to Finances, from 2008 to the middle of 2010 he was in charge of the technology part of Si.mobil (present A1 Slovenia).
In 2012 he was appointed Chief Financial Оfficer and member of the Management Board of Mtel (present A1 Bulgaria), with responsibility for financial planning, accounting, tax, auditing, treasury, legal issues, business & market intelligence and process quality.
As of December 1st 2016. Milan Zaletel took over Senior Finance Director position of Vip mobile and Si.mobil.
Senior Technical Director, Vip mobile i A1 Slovenia
Natali Delić has started her professional career in 2000 as a R&D engineer at Mihajlo Pupin Institute. Two years later, she transferred to Telekom Srbija Mobile Division’s IT Unit as a programmer and system engineer where she quickly progressed to the position of team manager. She was actively involved in MTEL mobile network roll-out in Montenegro in 2007 and in 2008 she took up the position of Director of Department for development of residential customers services at the Commercial Affairs Directorate of Telekom Srbija where she remained for the next five years. She joined Vip mobile as a Director of IT and Core Network and Services in 2013.
Natali Delić graduated from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Department for Telecommunications, University of Belgrade. She completed her postgraduate MBA studies at the Texas A&M University as well as master of management studies at the Faculty of Economics in Belgrade.
As of 1 July 2015 Natali Delić was appointed director/CTO of the new organizational unit “Serbia and Slovenia” within A1 Telekom Austria Group, responsible for technology segment. As of July 1st 2016 she took over Senior Technical Director position of Vip mobile and Si.mobil (present A1 Slovenia).
Branka Pudrlja Durbaba
Senior Sales and Customer Service Director, Vip mobile
After completing her studies in Administrative Law at the University of Zagreb, Branka Pudrlja Durbaba started her professional career in 1999 at Vipnet d.o.o. Hrvatska, in the company’s Customer Service department. She subsequently moved to the Sales department, where she held different positions between 2000 and 2007, coordinating the company’s sales processes.
In January 2007, when Vip mobile entered the Serbian market, Branka was appointed to the position of Residential Sales Development and Operations Manager, and took part in the project of launching the operations of Vip Operator in the market of Macedonia. In 2012, she moved on to the post of Director of Customer Service at Vip mobile.
As of July 1st 2015, she has been Director of Customer Service at the new organizational unit “Serbia and Slovenia”, part of A1 Telekom Austria Group. On July 1st 2016, she assumes the position of Senior Director of Sales and Customer Service at Vip mobile.
At the beginning of 2018, Branka became the president of the section "Digitalization" within the Slovenian Business Club in Serbia.
Senior Marketing Director, Vip mobile i A1 Slovenia
After graduating from the IT Department at the Faculty of Organizational Sciences in Belgrade, Ivo Radaković started his professional career in Informatika a.d. by working on system integration projects focused on business reporting.
He joined Vip mobile in November 2007, at the Business and Market Intelligence and Reporting Department, which he managed since January 2012. In January 2015 he took the position of Customer Value Management Director and as of 1 July he became responsible also for the same department in Si.mobil, within the new “Serbia and Slovenia” organizational unit. As of 1 July 2016 he is in charge of new, unified marketing sector as the Senior Marketing Director of Vip mobile and Si.mobil (present A1 Slovenia).
Senior Human Resources and
Corporate Communications Director, Vip mobile i A1 Slovenia
Larisa Grizilo has more than 15 years of rich international experience in Human Resource Management in various industries. She started her career in 1998 in Wrigley, where she was responsible for HR management in former Yugoslav countries, Albania, Bulgaria and Romania. From 2000 to end of 2003 she was covering the region from Belgrade as well.
In 2009, she joined Sanofi Adriatic as HR Director Adriatic MCO (multi-country organization) being responsible for former Yugoslav countries and Albania. After that, in 2013, she moved to Discover Financial Services/Diners Club International, where she was responsible for HR management for Diners Club Italia and Dinit. In addition to that, she has also led HR due diligence for Corner Bank Switzerland acquisition of DC Italia and Dinit.
In 2015, Larisa joined A1 TAG/Cluster Serbia & Slovenia as HR Director and from 2016 took over also Corporate Communications. As of July 1st 2016 she took over Senior HR and Corporate Communications Director position of Vip mobile and Si.mobil (present A1 Slovenia).
Senior General Affairs Director, Vip mobile i A1 Slovenia
After gaining a wealth of experience with Iskra Terminali, private company Carpe Diem, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Slovenia, and in his collaboration with Slovenian representatives of industry and development in Brussels, Andrej Špik took charge of tasks at Si.mobil related to network interconnection and regulation in 2003. He continued his exemplary work in 2004 as an advisor to the Chairman of the Management Board in matters related to regulation and network interconnection, and in 2007 became the Director of the Regulation and Wholesale sector.
In 2015 Špik was appointed Director of General Affairs in A1 TAG organizational unit Slovenia and Serbia. On 1 June 2016, he took over as Senior General Affairs Director (including legal sector, regulation, wholesales, and information safety and security) in organizational unit Serbia and Slovenia. Špik is further a member of the Supervisory Board of the Belarus operator Velcom.
Andrej has extensive technical expertise in computer science, the seeds of which were planted after he finished his studies at the University of Ljubljana’s Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, and he honed his business and managerial acumen during his MBA in European management in Brussels. The diverse work experience and the additional knowledge he acquired during his master’s studies on international relations in the capital of the EU, as well as his master’s studies on competition law at King’s College in London, have molded his interdisciplinary approach to tackling and resolving complex challenges.
