Authentic fashion expression - Slavna Martinović
Partnership with Slavna Martinović, our successful young fashion designer, stylist, theater and film costume designer, dates back to November 2007.
The cooperation started with an exhibition of costumes named “Diva”, designed for singer Aleksandra Kovac. The exhibition was completed with a fashion show “Vintage Melancholy”, which presented dresses inspired by film and music industry of the Hollywood in the 30’s of the last century.
With this fashion show Slavna started to create as a fashion designer under her own label.
Slavna Martinović presented her talent to foreign audience at Berlin Fashion Week in July 2008 with the “Brave new luxury” collection. Vip’s guests had an exclusive opportunity to be among the first in Belgrade to see this collection at the fashion cocktail organized at “Tube” club in October the same year.
Admirers of this young designer’s work were pleased to see her unique fashion event at the Rex Cultural Center in November 2009, when she presented her latest collection "This side of paradise".
