As of today new Vip postpaid customers enter a whole new dimension of customer experience. Vip Star customer care concept, available to all new postpaid customers that activate a contract with use of a mobile phone in any Vip centre or partner shop across Serbia, provides a world of brand new high quality service and special benefits. This program offers two packages – Vip Star and Vip SuperStar.

Vip Star is standard package, available to all customers that take Vip mobile phone on usage upon activation and signing of 24 months postpaid contract. Free Vip Star card will be delivered to their home address. This card brings numerous benefits to the customer such as: 24 months warranty for all devices from Vip portfolio in accordance with warranty terms and conditions determined by the producer/importer of the handset device, quality replacement phone in case customer’s phone needs a service, possibility of brand new handset after 24 months in accordance with Vip current offer, free transfer of customer’s personal data, so when customer’s handset is changed all his data, contacts, messages, music, pictures and videos will be transferred to a new device. In addition to that, My New Vip number service enables a customer to copy his contacts from the old to a new Vip SIM card quickly and easily and then inform everyone about new number with a free SMS message. Also, customer’s can be informed of anyone who tries to contact them on the old number and person who is calling will be informed that customer has changed the number.

More advanced Vip SuperStar package with use of the handset brings on top, exclusive extended 36 months handset warranty and dedicated support number 1212 which enables priority for SuperStar when calling Customer Service. Also, SuperStar customers will benefit from exclusive door to door service, meaning that in case of handset needs to be serviced their phones will be picked up and returned to their homes upon service. In the meantime they will receive a high class replacement phone for usage. Specially designed SuperStar card will be delivered to customer’s home address. Customer can enjoy outstanding SuperStar service for 36 months for the price of only 100 RSD (plus taxes) monthly. Service is charged only 24 months and remaining12 months Vip is rewarding the customer with this exceptional service free of charge.

After 24 months of usage, returned old handsets will be recycled according to latest environmental standards. Being a company that cares about the environment, Vip takes the responsibility for recycling of mobile phones to help reducing the damage to the environment and human health.

With delivery of the new handset for usage, one time activation fee for SIM card and handset is to be charged to the customer.
