Thanasis Katsiroumpas
President of the Management Board
Thanasis Katsiroumpas has 15 year of experience in telecom industry with extensive long-standing international exposure gained at several mobile operators in Eastern and South-Eastern Europe. Before joining Vip in May 2010, Thanasis Katsiroumpas was CEO of Globul, the second largest mobile operator in Bulgaria owned by Cosmote Greece, the largest mobile operator group in Southeast Europe. Before going to Globul in 2002, he worked in GERMANOS A.E.B.E., the biggest mobile telephony retail chain in the Southeast Europe, and STET HELLAS, Greece mobile operator owned by Telekom Italia and Verizon communications USA.
Thanasis Katsiroumpas was raised and educated in the USA. He holds two technical degrees from the Northeastern University in Boston as well as an MBA from Babson College in Massachusetts.
Andreas Graf
Member of the Management Board and Chief Financial Officer
Born and educated in Vienna, he graduated from the University of Economic where he studied Commercial Science and afterwards moved to the study program International economic Relations as an assistant. In 2004 he started his career in A1 as a controller with a deep insight in several departments such as HR, Customer Service and Technology. Three years later he becomes Director of Controlling at Croatian Vipnet. After his return to the Headquarter in Vienna he took over the Controlling of all eight CEE mobile operations of the Group, in 2011 he was appointed Director of Controlling for the whole Telekom Austria Group, including the fixed line business. As of December 1, Andreas Graf has taken over the responsibility for the financial sector in Vip, including controlling, accounting and purchasing and has a team of about 70 experts.
Dejan Kastelic
Member of the Management Board and Chief Technology Officer
Dejan has graduated from the University of Maribor, where he studied Electrical Engineering and Computer Science and afterwards he moved to the study program of Telecommunications. He has 12 years of experience in Telecom and IT industry. Starting his professional path in the first alternative telecommunication provider Amis Ltd. in Maribor, Slovenia where he performed in several leading technical positions including Technical Director and CTO for the last five years. In 2009 he joined IBM Slovenia where he held several positions of which the last as CEE GTS Lead Resource Deployment Manager. In this position he had a regional role and the lead Resource Deployment Community of 15 countries in CEE and RCIS. As of January 15, Dejan Kastelic has taken over responsibility for the Technology sector in Vip, with about 150 professionals within the Team.
