Vip Voice Mail System is is your personal answering machine and a service you can start using immediately – it is available for every Vip customer.

If your mobile phone is turned off, you are talking or out of the coverage area, or you simply do not want to take calls, the caller will be put through to your Vip Voice Mail System to leave a message. When a message has been deposited, you will be informed immediately by SMS and you will be able to listen to them whenever it suits you.

You may customize your Vip Voice Mail System to your individual needs leaving a personal message which will be played to all callers when they are transferred to the VMS in case you are unable to answer the phone. Please follow the instructions within the system to set up the VMS.

You can retrieve your messages from your Vip Voice Mail System in three ways:

• Almost all mobile phones have a special button e.g. "1" to call Vip Voice Mail System.
• You may dial 7777 to reach your Vip Voice Mail System.
• If you are abroad you can call Vip Voice Mail System number by dialling: +381-60-77 and your 7-digit number or +381-61-77 and your 7-digit number

In roaming, review of voicemail messages is charged as per pricing structure for outgoing calls to Serbia. For customers using roaming, incoming calls are charged for received voicemail messages, as per the pricing structure for incoming calls (as if the customer is receiving an incoming call in foreign country) + outgoing calls to Serbia as per roaming pricelist.

To deactivate voicemail please send SMS with text Off to 7777 or if you wish to activate your voicemail again please send SMS with text On to 7777.
