Roaming charges for prepaid and postpaid

The price of roaming service depends on the zone the country of your stay. The countries are classified into 3 roaming zones:

  • Neighbouring countries, Greece and TAG countries
  • Rest of the Europe and Turkey
  • Rest of the world and Russia
  • Satellite and maritime networks

All prices shown in RSD with tax. Outgoing calls are charged per minute. Incoming calls are charged per second. For countries and partners where data transfer in roaming is available please refer to Roaming partners section. Charging interval for data in roaming is 100KB, and for BlackBerry users is 50KB (except when using WAP or free data transfer in roaming, when 100KB charging increment is applied). Indicated prices are valid for: postpaid customers that become Vip customers from 01.03.2011 and ; for all customers with prepaid tariffs active from 01.03.2009. Outgoing calls

When calling from abroad, the price of outgoing calls depends on the zone you are in, network you are and the destination of your call. For charging of outgoing calls there are two destinations where your calls can be directed:

  • calls to Serbia and national calls within the country of your stay
  • calls to other destinations

Outgoing calls are charged per minute.

Incoming calls

When receiving incoming calls, you and the caller are incurring for costs. You will pay incoming call price according to the roaming charges table. The caller always pays the same call charges (regardless of your current location) and he/she does not need to know where you are at that time. Incoming calls are charged per second.

SMS messages

Sending an SMS message in roaming is charged per sent message and tariffs which are shown in Roaming charges table. Receiving SMS messages in roaming is free of charge.

Data transfer

In roaming data transfer service is charged based on quantity of transferred data. Please check which networks Vip has a contract with regarding data transfer in roaming.

Satellite and maritime networks

With Satellite and maritime networks all Vip Postpaid customers will be able to stay in contact with their friends and cousins even when they are travelling by overseas ships and cruisers. Currently Vip customers can use roaming services on all ships where MCP and Seanet have their networks. For using this services it is not needed to have special satellite phone, you can freely use your own phone with Vip SIM card.
