When you are abroad, you can make calls to Serbia and other countries, you can receive calls from anywhere in the world and you can exchange SMS messages. When making calls in roaming or sending an SMS, punch in the "+" sign, followed by the country code you wish to call, then the area or network code and then the phone number you are calling or sending an SMS to.
People who call you do not have to know where you are. They only need to dial 060 or 061 and your phone number in order to reach you.
The prices of calls is found in the roaming tariffs table. Don’t foget that the incoming calls in roaming are also charged, but their prices are not dependent on destination from which you are receiveing a call but rather on the roaming zone where you are located like for all other services in roaming.
Sending of SMS messages are charged per SMS and the prices are found in the roaming tariffs table. Price for sending an SMS also depends on the zone to which the country of your stay belongs to, while receiving SMS messages in roaming is free.
Advice: Prices for data transfer in roaming are higher than prices for national traffic so please check prices on our website before your travel.If you have installed programs on your smartphone which connect to the Internet automatically, and you do not wish to make expenses while roaming, you need to deactivate the Internet option on your mobile phone.

Voice mail
You can use your voicemail while in roaming. When someone leaves a message in your voice mail, you will be notified about it via SMS message. You can check your voice mail messages by:

Data transfer enables you to check your e-mails, access fun content on Vip mobile portal and browse the internet. Vip customers can use data transfer in roaming in networks which have signed a contract with Vip mobile for data transfer in roaming.

Checking your account balance for postpaid customers
As a postpaid customer you can simply check your account balance while in roaming. By sending an SMS with text “?” on 1260, you will receive an SMS with your account balance.

As a prepaid customer you can simply check your account balance while in roaming. By dialing *123# you will receive an SMS with your account balance. This service is free.

Recharging your account for prepaid customers
When staying abroad for a longer time, make sure you have enough vouchers with you so you could top up your prepaid account by a making a charge free call to +381 60 12345 or by entering *123*, followed by a vaoucher code and #, and pressing the green button on your phone.
In Montenegro Vip prepaid customers can top up their account electronically with any amount above EUR 1 up to maximum EUR 50 at more than 1000 points-of-sale labeled with Vip logo.
Customers pay in euros and their accounts are topped up in dinar amount (calculated by median rate of the National Bank of Serbia on the day of the payment).
In Montenegro Vip prepaid customers can top up their account electronically with any amount above EUR 1 up to maximum EUR 50 at more than 1000 points-of-sale labeled with Vip logo.
