We have created a sophisticated system that enables the home delivery and collection of handsets that need to be repaired at one of our service centres. This service is available to all Vip SuperStar customers. If your mobile handset needs to be repaired, simply call 060 121 and the experts from our Vip SuperStar Customer Service will take care of all the details concerning collecting your handset from your home address.
The Possibility of Getting a New Handset
If you renew your contract with us after the expiry of a 24-month or a 36-month contract period, you can get a new mobile handset, while your old one will be recycled in accordance with international environmental standards.
Content Transfer
Transferring your photos, video clips and similar content from your old handset to a new one is easy and free of charge and allows you to continue to enjoy your content on your new handset.
