First page

On the first page, you can find the most important information about your monthly bill: your contract number, your account number that is also your reference number (if you pay using general payment slip), date and amount due.

Second page

This page shows the overview of each employee’s spending, and provides information about promotions & credit, monthly fees, usage fees, one time charges.

Payment slip

For your convenience, with your bill you will receive the payment slip filled out with payment details.

2. How can I pay my bill?

You can pay the bill in cash by transfer order from your bank account (in your bank) to bank account of Vip mobile.

Where can I pay my bill?

You can pay in all in all banks and post offices.

3. How can I check how much have I spent?

Send SMS with text "?" to 1260.

4. Where can I receive explanation about my bill?

You can visit www.vipmobile.rs/onlinebill or call customer service - 060 1234 (24/7), free of charge from Vip number.

5. How can I get call details?

You can download your current call specification and the call specification for the last 6 months of bills at: www.vipmobile.rs/onlinebill.
