Cost control
Cost control is important for our business customers, so you can get an overview of your spending at any time and be informed of the status of your account.
As a business customer, you can check your account status simply by calling our business customer service at 060 1234 and following the instructions or sending an SMS with “?” to 1260 free of charge. You can check the balance of used free minutes and SMS and your account balance including VAT and excluding monthly fee.
Switching from pre/postpaid to business tariff
Vip customers can switch from pre/postpaid to business tariff without changing number or SIM card. Please visit our shops for more details.
When activating business service, all business customers can decide which SIM card to have roaming capabilities. They can use their mobile phone abroad in the same way as at home. If you would like to activate or deactivate the roaming service, you can call our Customer service on 060 1234.
